PoundAMonth (“PoundAMonth”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the prize draws and subscription services on this website; by using the site and purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (the “Agreement”), and you confirm you are a UK resident aged 18 or over; these terms were last updated on 17 September 2025. PoundAMonth runs free prize draws; the optional £1 per month subscription simply provides automatic entry to draws scheduled during your active billing period, and no purchase is necessary because a genuine free entry route is always available on the site and treated exactly the same as paid entries; we are not a lottery or raffle. You must provide accurate account details, keep them up to date, and maintain the security of your login; one account per person is permitted and attempts to create duplicates or provide false or disposable details may lead to suspension or cancellation. Subscriptions bill monthly until you cancel; you can cancel at any time via the customer portal or links in our emails, cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund past months already entered; payments are processed by our third-party provider (for example, Stripe) and we do not store full card details; you have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law, but by subscribing you request immediate service in the form of automatic entries, and if entries have already been provided during that period we may deduct a reasonable amount or decline a refund for that period without affecting your statutory rights; we may suspend entries or cancel a subscription for unpaid, reversed, or suspected fraudulent charges. The current free entry method (email or ordinary post), the information required, and the cut-off times are published on our site; free entries must arrive by the deadline, may be limited to one per person per draw, and illegible, incomplete, late, bulk, or automated entries are invalid; free entries are mixed into the same winner selection as paid entries and have an equal chance to win. While your subscription is active you receive automatic entry to the draws we advertise as included during your billing period; unless we explicitly offer multiple-entry tiers, each eligible person has one entry per draw; we may change the schedule, number, or type of future draws and will publish any change before the relevant closing date. Closing dates and draw times appear on the site and use the Europe/London time zone; at the cut-off we export entries, de-duplicate fairly, and select winners at random using a verifiable method, and draws may be live-streamed; we contact winners using the details on their account or entry within seven days, and if a winner cannot be contacted, fails eligibility checks, or does not claim within fourteen days we may redraw; prizes are as described at the time of the draw, we may substitute a prize of equal or higher value if reasonably necessary, cash alternatives are not offered unless stated, and we aim to deliver prizes within twenty-eight days (digital vouchers are often sooner); with consent we may publish a winner’s first name and initial and city and any additional publicity is optional. Where offered, our referral programme pays £1 for each first-month subscriber who joins through your link or code, typically within fourteen days after we verify the subscription has not been refunded or charged back; self-referrals, fake accounts, prepaid or temporary card abuse, and other manipulation are prohibited; we may withhold or claw back referral payments in cases of suspected fraud or breach and may change or end the programme prospectively at any time. You must not attempt to manipulate odds, create multiple accounts, misrepresent identity, age, or residency, harass staff, upload unlawful content, interfere with the site, or bypass security or eligibility checks; we may suspend or terminate access, void entries, or withhold prizes or referral payments where we reasonably believe there is fraud, breach of these terms, or other unlawful activity. All content on the site, including logos, graphics, text, and video, belongs to PoundAMonth or our licensors and is protected by law; you may not use our trademarks or content without permission. We process personal data to operate draws, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, fulfil prizes, and run subscriptions as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains our lawful bases, retention periods, your rights, and how to contact us about data. The services are provided “as is” and “as available”; we do not guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that every third-party product will be available, and where stock issues occur we will provide a reasonable substitute; nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, or data, for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control including platform outages, postal delays, or supplier issues; our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services will not exceed £100 or the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is higher; nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under English law; you agree to indemnify and hold PoundAMonth harmless from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or unlawful use of the services. We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes and will post the updated version with a new “last updated” date and give reasonable notice for material changes; we may suspend or terminate services in whole or part where required by law or for security or fraud reasons, and any suspended draw will be completed fairly, rescheduled, or refunded where appropriate. If you have a complaint, contact info@poundamonth.co.uk and we will try to resolve it promptly; these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that UK consumers may bring claims in their local courts; if any part of these terms is unenforceable the rest remains in effect, failure to enforce a right is not a waiver, we may assign our rights and obligations, you may not assign without consent, and this Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services.
